Springtime ,the willows fly everywhere, how to ensure the safe operation of horizontal directional drilling rigs?

"01. Keep doors and windows closed during operation"
Keep doors and windows closed during construction to prevent willow catkins from entering. When operating the horizontal directional drilling machine, close the cab doors and windows to prevent willow catkins and dust from entering the cab and clogging the air conditioning evaporator and filter.
"02. Cleanup after every drilling Work"
Remove willow catkins to prevent damage. After each workday, inspect radiators, hydraulic oil coolers, air conditioning condensers, and diesel radiators, and promptly remove any willow catkins covering these areas. Pay attention to fire safety to avoid unnecessary property damage.
03. Use the Protective Cover
Use the protective cover prevents willow catkins from entering. Insect nets can be fixed to the ventilation holes on the side doors or engine hood, or to the radiator to prevent catkins from clogging the external filter and causing blockages in the radiator components, potentially leading to a fire due to high temperatures. Timely cleaning is also necessary, ideally every morning.
04. Timely Maintenance of the Air Conditioning Filter
Timely maintenance of the air conditioning filter protects the "lungs" of the horizontal directional drilling rig. The air conditioning filter is mainly used to clean the air in the cab. The normal maintenance interval is 500 hours. When there is a lot of willow catkins or dust, the maintenance interval should be shortened. A clogged air conditioning filter will affect airflow and cooling effect. Compressed air can be used to clean the filter. If the filter is damaged or severely contaminated, it should be replaced immediately. Never use the air conditioner without the filter, as this will cause evaporator blockage and lead to air conditioning malfunction.
