Unique design of side/corner piling mechanism and reasonable structural layout, improves the capacity of whole machine to handle corner pile side/corner piling, the pressure force of side/corner piling can reach 60%-70%of main piling. The performance is much better than hanging side/corner piling system
The circuit system is designed with low voltage control, short circuit protection, thermal overload protection and independent electrical control of the unit Ensure the safety of the circuit system
The oil circuit system is equipped with a safety valve to ensure that the system oil pressure will not exceed the set value and cause the machine to overload.
The unique final pressure stabilization system ensures that the machine will not float when the final pressure is reached, which greatly improves the safe operation performance of the piling.
The lifting cylinder arranged in the forward direction is supported by a solid piston rod, which is stronger in force. The structure is simple, and the failure rate is greatly reduced.
Unigue ( clamping pressure-keeping system can automatically refill oil if the oil cylinder leaks, ensuring high reliability of clamping pile and construction guality.
