Thailand Factory: A Strategic Bridgehead Radiating to Southeast Asia and South Asia
On June 15, 2025, Goodeng Machinery's Thailand factory officially began operations. As the company's first overseas production base, this modern factory, covering an area of approximately 80,000 square meters, has a full range of production capabilities from parts processing to complete machine assembly.
The first phase of the project will produce core products such as horizontal directional drilling rigs, static pile drivers, and Surface drilling rigs, forming an annual production capacity of 1,000 units/sets, providing faster and more accurate supply chain guarantees for the Southeast Asian market.

From "breaking barriers" to "taking root": a solid step towards a globalization strategy Goodeng Machinery is steadily advancing its "three-step internationalization" strategy: from
products going global, to people going global, and then to enterprises going global.
The opening of the Goodeng Machinery factory in Thailand marks a significant breakthrough in this strategy. With the entry into force of the RCEP Free Trade Agreement and the advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative, Goodeng Machinery has completed its strategic transformation from "Made in China" to "Global Ecosystem."

The successful appearance at the Thailand Construction Machinery Exhibition not only enhanced Goodeng Machinery's global visibility and influence, but also demonstrated the wisdom and strength of Chinese construction machinery companies in their global expansion. Goodeng Machinery is injecting new momentum into the Southeast Asian and even global construction machinery industry with its dual-wheel drive of "overseas production bases + localized service upgrades."
