Located in the Binhai New Area of ​​Tianjin, the geological conditions are a veritable "model of complexity": predominantly clay, with diverse and highly unevenly distributed soil types, including silt, silty clay, and silty sand layers, posing a significant risk of borehole wall collapse and ground instability. Simultaneously, the project faces three core challenges:
Extremely Long Distance:Traversing a horizontal length of 1750 meters, demanding extremely high equipment stability and pipe-pulling force output;
Extremely Large Diameter:A 1219mm pipe diameter, resulting in immense resistance during pullback, requiring precise matching of equipment power and push-pull force;
Active Obstacle Avoidance:The construction route is densely populated with underground pipelines and structures, necessitating real-time trajectory adjustments and precise avoidance of unknown obstacles, placing stringent demands on equipment control precision and on-site responsiveness.
