Introduction to Static Pile Driver

The static pile driver is a new type of environmentally friendly pile foundation construction method that relies on static loads to smoothly and quietly drive precast piles into soft foundations.It is mainly used in building foundation projects, such as factories, villas, low-rise buildings, and medium-to-high-rise commercial buildings. With the development of society, static pile drivers are also widely applied in highway subgrades, airport runway foundations, factory renovation projects, wharf floor pile foundations, river embankment reinforcement piles, and foundation pit support construction.

The static pile driver is designed to work with precast concrete piles (square piles and pipe piles) or steel piles (H-section steel and steel pipes). This construction method is mainly used to drive precast piles into soft strata such as plain clay, alluvial soil, minor sand layers, and highly weathered rock formations, aiming to stabilize the foundation. Static pile driving utilizes hydraulic pressure (combined with the self-weight and counterweight of the pile driver) to press precast piles into the soil section by section.

-It adopts high-performance HYTEK HP1V0LRDS and SaiKeSi K3VL load-sensing swash plate variable displacement piston pumps, which ensure the stability of hydraulic system pressure and flow while reducing system heat generation. (Traditional YCY and A7V pumps only realize variable displacement under constant power, which is different from our variable displacement based on external load. Fluctuations in system pressure and flow will cause system heat buildup.) All hydraulic cylinders are specially crafted for static pile drivers with processes such as piston rod quenching, chrome plating, cleaning and precision grinding, ensuring stable performance even under heavy loads and complex stress conditions.

-Hydraulic operating system: Large-scale machines adopt pilot control, while small-scale machines feature a wireless remote control mode + manual control mode (the two modes can be freely switched), which greatly improves operational comfort and reduces labor intensity. Meanwhile, pilot control can increase the flow rate of the main system, thereby improving working speed and efficiency.

-Exquisite manufacturing techniques: Finite element 3D mechanical analysis is applied to the stress distribution of structural components to ensure a reasonable structure; 3D physical simulation optimization is adopted for the hydraulic layout, making the oil circuit layout fully rational and stable in operation.

-The rail wheels (easily worn parts) adopt forging + high-frequency quenching technology, which greatly extends their service life.
