Shanghai Goodeng International Co., Ltd. presents its patented structural system: a compact one-piece structure (easy mainframe/power system transport), a loading system with patented cylinder rack rotary manipulator (stable, fits 140-194mm drill pipes), multi-protection for motors, and a clutch system (combines motors per conditions to cut costs/boost efficiency), serving as a comprehensive industry solution.

1. Main machine: Crawler structure (detachable upper/lower parts) for easy transport and on-site positioning; power station & operating room are standard 20ft containers, convenient for transfer.  
2. Power system: 2×565kW + 1×264kW + 1×154kW engines; PLC controls precise power-hydraulic matching, ensuring strong power with energy-saving and environmental protection.  
3. Multi-protection rotary/push-pull motors: Resist working condition impacts, extend motor life, and solve elastic potential energy release in rock conditions & long-distance drill pipe crossing.  
4. Drilling parameters: Torque, speed, push-pull force/speed set via PLC; system auto-adjusts to maintain constant torque drilling, avoiding drill pipe unbuckling from over-torque/over-pull.  
5. Patented cylinder rack rotary manipulator: Stable performance, applicable to Φ168-254mm drill pipes.

1.The machine is equipped with Cummins engine with high efficiency, large power, low fuel consumption, low noise and strong ability in construction.

2.Driving head reserves reinforced power (Thrust& Pullback force). Thrust& Pullback force can be increased to 1060KN, which ensures the safety of the construction in the construction of big diameter.

3.Four-bar linkage luffing structure is adopted for main girder, which highly increases entry angle range and ensures the large angle and rig tracks are not off ground, having improved the safety performance.
