What about the warranty time?
12 months after shipment or 2000 working hours, whichever occurs first.

What about the delivery time?
20 days after receiving the deposit.

What kind terms of payment can be accepted?
On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be before shipment, or against the copy of original BL for old client. On L/C term, 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clause" can be accepted.

We can ship machine by sea and road.

What about the after-sales service?
We have office and professional after-sales service team in many countries. After you receiving the new machine, we will provide you one engineering training installation and debugging service for 3-5days. If there are some problems, our after-sales service team will arrive the project site in shortest time.

Do you support OEM/private labeling?
Yes, we support OEM services including your brand name, logo. Minimum order quantity for OEM applies.

How do you solve technical problems during operation?
We provide 24/7 remote support via WhatsApp, WeChat, or video call. If needed, our after-sales engineer can fly to your site within 7–10 days after visa approval.

What about the export packaging?
We use standard export packaging: machines are fixed in a 20ft or 40ft container with anti-rust coating, plastic wrapping, and steel frame reinforcement. Spare parts are packed in wooden or steel cases.
