    1. Main machine: Crawler structure (detachable upper/lower parts) for easy transport and on-site positioning; power station & operating room are standard 20ft containers, convenient for transfer.  
    2. Power system: 2×565kW + 1×264kW + 1×154kW engines; PLC controls precise power-hydraulic matching, ensuring strong power with energy-saving and environmental protection.  
    3. Multi-protection rotary/push-pull motors: Resist working condition impacts, extend motor life, and solve elastic potential energy release in rock conditions & long-distance drill pipe crossing.  
    4. Drilling parameters: Torque, speed, push-pull force/speed set via PLC; system auto-adjusts to maintain constant torque drilling, avoiding drill pipe unbuckling from over-torque/over-pull.  
    5. Patented cylinder rack rotary manipulator: Stable performance, applicable to Φ168-254mm drill pipes.

      Product Introduction

      The power system engine consists of two 565kW, one 264kW and one 154kW engines; the PLC control system realizes the precise matching of power and hydraulic system power under various working conditions, which not only ensures strong power but also saves energy and is environmentally friendly.

      •  The main machine is a crawler structure with detachable upper and lower parts, which can meet the transportation requirements and realize convenient positioning on the construction site. The power station and the operating room are both standard 20-foot containers, which are extremely convenient for transfer and transportation.
      •  The multi-protection rotary and push-pull motors completely resist the impact of various working conditions on the motors, improve the reliability of the system and the service life of the motors, and provide practical and effective solutions for the elastic potential energy release of rock working conditions and long-distance crossing drill pipes.
      •  The torque and rotation speed, push-pull force and push-pull speed can all be set through the PLC control system. The system can automatically adjust the drilling parameters within a limited range according to the drilling conditions, maintain constant torque drilling, and solve the difficulty of drill pipe unbuckling caused by over-torque and over-pull.
