Main Performance Characteristic

The rotation adopts the German Linde hydraulic closed system pump which is efficient, stable and reliable. The Thrust and pullback adopts the Sunny automatic variable system with load sensitive control. The rotation adopts the Rexroth motor, and the Thrust and pullback adopts the high-pressure plunger motor, which is more than 20% more efficient than the traditional hydraulic system, reduces the system heat, and can save 20% energy.

The thrust & pullback and rotating joystick adopts hydraulic control mode, which reduces the operation fault. The system is more stable and responsive.
Maximum thrust & pullback force on carriage can be reinforced up to 910 KN, which provides the support for large construction.
The four-bar linkage luffing structure is adopted to greatly improve the range of incident angle, and to ensure that the track of drilling rig does not leave the ground when the angle is large, and to improve the safety performance.

The loading and unloading of drill rods adopts manipulator(a mechanical arm mechanism with adjustable flip angle), which makes loading and unloading of drill rods convenient and quick, greatly reducing the labor intensity of construction workers and improving work efficiency.
Applicable for Ф102×4500 mm drill rod, the machine fits moderate field area and is easy for jobsite transfer.
Optional rotating cab with wide field of vision, which greatly improve the construction environment of the operator.
